AAP Member of Parliament Raghav Chadha has moved the Delhi High Court to challenge a trial court order dismissing his appeal against summons in a defamation case filed by BJP leader Chail Bihari Goswami. The high court has asked Chadha to file additional documents and the matter is scheduled for December 11, 2023.
