Uttarakhand's Chief Minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami, has emerged as the top choice in a Times Group survey assessing chief ministers' performance in disaster-affected states. Dhami secured 79% of the votes in the Navbharat Times online poll, surpassing Omar Abdullah, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, and Bhagwant Mann.
